Accepted work is paid every week by bank transfer or crypto, whichever you prefer.
What we look for
Shipped work
Products that are live and in use. A repository or a store listing tells us more than a resume.
Clear writing
Briefs and reviews happen in text. You should be able to explain a decision in a few plain sentences.
Comfort with AI tooling
We use AI assistants for the mechanical parts. You should know when to trust the output and when not to.

Payouts
Accepted work is paid every week. No net-30, no waiting for the client to pay us first.
On every brief
Client details are covered by a mutual NDA signed once. You can list the type of work in your portfolio.
Scope per task
Fee and acceptance criteria are written down before you start. Extra work means a new brief.
Any time zone
Work from anywhere. We ask for one written update per task and overlap for occasional calls.
Questions contractors ask
Is this full-time work?+
No. Tasks are scoped individually and you accept the ones that fit your schedule. Some contractors take one task a month, others work with us most weeks.
How is the fee for a task set?+
We propose a fee with the brief based on the scope. If you think it is wrong, say so before starting and we adjust it or drop the task. Fees are never changed after acceptance.
What tools do you use?+
Git for code, a shared issue tracker for briefs, Telegram or email for questions. AI coding assistants are welcome as long as you review what they produce.
Can I work with your clients directly?+
Client contact runs through us so there is one point of accountability. If a client asks to hire you directly after a project, we do not stand in the way.
