Three ways to work with us
Pick the shape that fits the job: a fixed-scope first version, a monthly block of hours, or a review of what you already have. Every option comes with a written quote before any work starts.

Three things you can count on
MVP sprint
A fixed-scope first version of your product, shipped in weeks. Scope is agreed in writing, the price does not move, and you launch with working software.
Monthly retainer
A set number of development and support hours each month. Use them for new features, fixes, upgrades or small side tools. Unused hours are reported, not hidden.
Audit and roadmap
A review of an existing product by our team. You get a written report on what is working, what is at risk, and a plan with costed next steps.
From brief to handover
Pick a package
Tell us what you have and where you want it to go. We suggest the package that fits, or a mix.
Written quote
You get a document with scope, price, timeline and what counts as done. Nothing starts until you sign off.
Build or review
The team plans and builds, with AI-assisted programming where it speeds things up. You see progress weekly.
Handover
Code, accounts and documentation move to you. Retainer clients keep the same team for follow-up work.
What lands in your hands
A deployed product covering the agreed scope, with source in your repository and a short guide to running it.
The written scope, acceptance criteria and timeline you signed off, kept current as the sprint runs.
A log of what was built or fixed, hours used, hours left, and what is queued for next month.
A report on code quality, security exposure, performance, hosting costs and the parts that will hurt first.
A prioritised plan with effort estimates and a fixed quote for each step, so you can act on it with us or anyone else.
Questions about client offers
How is the price set?+
We scope the work with you, then send a written quote with a fixed price. If the scope changes mid-project, you get a new written figure before we continue, never a surprise invoice.
Can I switch from a sprint to a retainer?+
Yes. Most sprint clients move to a retainer after launch for maintenance and new features. The same team continues, so nothing has to be re-learned.
Who owns the result?+
You do. Source code, repositories, hosting accounts, domains and any third-party services are set up in your name or transferred to you at handover.
How do I pay?+
By card or crypto. Sprints and audits are usually split into a deposit and a completion payment. Retainers are billed at the start of each month.
Tell us what you need built.
A person on the team replies, usually the same business day.
