The tool that does not exist yet

Internal tools, Chrome extensions, command-line scripts, dashboards and integrations. If a piece of software would save your team hours and nobody sells it, we build it.

Tool development by Flavian Digital: internal tools, browser extensions, scripts and dashboards
What you get

Three things you can count on

01

Internal tools

Admin panels, data entry screens, approval flows and reporting views built around how your team already works.

02

Browser extensions

Chrome and Firefox extensions that add buttons, data or automation to the sites your team uses every day.

03

Scripts and dashboards

One-off scripts, scheduled jobs, API integrations and dashboards that pull the numbers you check into one screen.

How it runs

From brief to handover

01

Describe the manual work

Show us the task as it is done today. We write a spec for the tool that replaces it and send a fixed quote.

02

First usable version

A working build you can try early, so the design is shaped by real use rather than guesses.

03

Refine

Edge cases, error handling and the small conveniences that make a tool pleasant to use daily.

04

Deploy and handover

Installed where your team needs it, with source and setup notes handed to you.

Questions

Questions about tool development

What counts as a tool?+

Anything that is not a public website or app: a script that cleans a spreadsheet, an extension that fills forms, a dashboard for your numbers, a bridge between two services. If it is small and useful, it fits here.

Can you build it as a Chrome extension?+

Yes. We build Manifest V3 extensions and handle Chrome Web Store submission, or package them for private installation inside your organisation.

Where does it run?+

Wherever suits the job: your server, a cloud account in your name, a desktop machine, or inside the browser. Hosting is always on your accounts.

How small can a job be?+

Small. A single script or a one-screen dashboard is a normal engagement. It still gets a written quote.
